There are not many excuses for field trips with older kids and so when our friends with younger children invited us to go to Fifer's Orchard with them, I threw caution to the wind and we joined them for the day.
It was a glorious fall day. The leavers were colorful, the temperature was quite warm and the sun was shining.
We played and ate our packed lunch and played some more.
The zip line was Isaiah's favorite.
We ended the day with a Fifer's Orchard Apple Cider Smoothie Shake Up (to share)! Icy apple cider with vanilla soft serve ice cream, whipped cream on top and an apple cider donut on the straw! It sure was yummy!
I'm so thankful for our mini BFFs and their Mom!
